• Project and operational data needed to provide hosting and deployment workflows.
• Billing-related metadata processed through payment providers for subscription management. Subscription and add-on payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Usage and diagnostic information for security monitoring and service improvement.
• AI feature usage metadata (for example, credit consumption and request logs) when you enable optional AI add-on services.

2. How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve platform functionality.
• Authenticate users and manage account access.
• Process subscriptions and provide customer support.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases and disclosures

Depending on your location, we process personal information based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and where required, consent. We may disclose information to trusted subprocessors and service providers that help us operate the platform.

Our platform is hosted on shared DigitalOcean server infrastructure, and relevant data may be processed through that hosting environment to operate the service.

4. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or security requirements. Retention periods may vary based on data type and account status.

Backups are transferred and stored on DigitalOcean-dependent infrastructure. Backup storage and restoration operations are therefore dependent on DigitalOcean service availability.

5. Security controls

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be fully secure.

Customer database access is controlled through customer-managed credentials and permissions. Platform personnel have operational server access for provisioning and support purposes only, and do not routinely access customer business data. 6. AI add-on services and credits

AI features are optional add-on services. If enabled by you, AI requests are processed on a credit-based model and consume purchased credits. Prepaid AI credits are non-refundable once purchased, including unused balance, except where required by applicable law.

7. Your privacy rights

8. International data transfers
