Terms of Use

1. Service scope

tnc-sh.cloud provides managed tooling for Git-backed Odoo deployment workflows, including project setup, environment operations, and related billing-backed features. We may update, improve, or discontinue features as part of ongoing platform operations.

Hosting provider. TraceNcode operates tnc-sh.cloud as a managed hosting and deployment platform. We provide server infrastructure, environment operations, backups, and related platform services for your workloads. We are not the author, owner, or licensor of Odoo ERP, your custom modules, or other third-party software you choose to deploy. Our role is limited to hosting, operating, and supporting the managed environments described in your subscription plan.

Our service infrastructure is hosted on shared DigitalOcean server resources.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity on your account, maintaining confidentiality of credentials, and ensuring account information is accurate. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access.

3. Billing and subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription key or paid plan. Billing terms, cycle timing, and cancellation mechanics are disclosed at checkout.

Non-refundable payments. All subscription fees, renewal charges, and prepaid AI credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including when you cancel mid-cycle, stop using the service, or no longer need the plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or unused credits. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in a separate written contract with TraceNcode.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid for the current billing period.

Price changes. TraceNcode reserves the right to change subscription plan prices, renewal rates, add-on fees (including AI credit packs), and related charges at any time at our discretion. Updated prices apply to new purchases immediately. For existing subscriptions, changes take effect on your next renewal after we post the update on our website or notify you by email, except where applicable law requires a different notice period. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems, customer data, or connected services.
• Interfere with service reliability, security controls, or platform availability.

5. Customer content and repositories

You retain ownership of your repositories, modules, and project content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver the service. You are responsible for having rights to all content you deploy through the platform.

Access to customer database content is restricted to customer-controlled credentials and controls. We do not provide administrative backdoor access for TraceNcode personnel to read customer database records, and customers are solely responsible for who they authorize to access their data.

6. Availability and support

We aim to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents, or third-party dependencies. Support response levels may vary by plan.

You are responsible for monitoring and managing storage usage on your instances, including database growth, uploads, and custom files. If a server disk becomes full, you must either scale to a higher-capacity instance or reduce usage (for example by limiting custom files and database size).

Backups are transferred and stored through our DigitalOcean-hosted infrastructure. Backup schedules, retention, and restore availability are dependent on DigitalOcean service availability and related infrastructure dependencies.

AI capabilities, where offered, are optional add-on services and are usage-based. AI actions consume prepaid credits purchased by the customer; AI usage may be limited or unavailable when credits are exhausted.

Third-party AI models. AI features route prompts and relevant project context to independent third-party model providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI. We do not develop, host, or operate these models ourselves. Model availability, performance, and output quality depend on those providers and may change without notice. Your use of AI features is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before applying them to repositories, databases, or production systems.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

As a hosting provider, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation of customer applications, third-party software (including Odoo and community or commercial modules), or third-party AI model outputs. You remain responsible for your application configuration, data, compliance obligations, and decisions made based on platform or AI suggestions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for downtime, degraded performance, data loss, or related impacts caused by storage exhaustion on your server or workload-specific capacity limits.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms or to protect platform security and integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
